There are several elements and situations that can ruin your jewel. So here are some tips:
-Avoid your jewels coming into direct contact with perfume or other alcohol-based products, these substances can in fact wear down both gold and silver. So get into the habit of wearing them once you have finished your make-up and hairstyle so as not to expose them to any aggressive products
- Try to avoid getting your jewelry wet as much as possible. In fact, water causes rust over time and makes metals duller, so simple gestures, such as washing your hands, must be done with extreme attention, especially if you wear silver.
- Remember never to go swimming forgetting rings, necklaces or various bracelets on you, the chlorine present in swimming pools and hot tubs could damage both stones and metals, including gold
- Never store jewelry in the bathroom, especially if it's silver. In fact, humidity can damage both metals and stones. The simple water vapor that forms while you take a shower could cause damage, even if they are simply placed on the sink next to them. So remember to remove rings and bracelets before even entering the bathroom
- It is essential that your jewels are normally stored in a cool, dry and dark place, as humidity and sunlight can wear out both the most precious metals and the costume jewellery. So opt for a lined jewelry box that you usually keep tightly closed

How to measure rings
To measure your ring, you can use two different but equally valid methods: measure the finger where you will wear the jewelry or measure a ring you already own.
Measure a ring you already own
Take a ruler and place your ring on its straight line, aligning it with the millimeter markings. The diameter of your jewelry will correspond to the space between one side and the other of the ring. Count the millimeters and check, in the table above, which ring size it corresponds to.

Right of withdrawalIn the event that the Product is damaged/defective, the Customer is required to detail in writing to sarahmerlino@libero.it within 24 hours all the damages detected.
Any damage to the packaging and/or product or discrepancies in the number of packages or indications caused during transport by the shipping company must be immediately contested by adding a written inspection reservation on the Courier's delivery receipt. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered items.
Sarah will replace any defective Product free of charge.
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the order, they can return the purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, in accordance with the provisions of Article 64 of the Consumer Code.
Sarah will fully refund the cost of Products that are returned by the Customer unused and undamaged.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by the Customer and in no case by the recipient of a possible gift.
The acceptance of the return can only take place with prior authorization from Sarah herself.
Returns not accepted:
- discounted items
- personalized items or made to order by the Customer - items in promotional activities
The Customer can independently choose the courier for the shipment. The risks related to the return and the shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be credited to the bank account associated with the credit card used for the payment. Alternatively, if the purchase was paid by bank transfer, the refund will be credited to the customer's bank account.
