Shipping Status
The Customer can track the shipment status using the tracking code provided by the express courier.

Delivery areas
The delivery of products is made to the address requested by the Customer (shipments to P.O. boxes are not made).
Receiving the Goods
To ensure the security of the shipment, the carrier requires the recipient's signature "upon receipt" at the time of delivery; if this is not possible, the goods will not be delivered. If, at the time of delivery, the external appearance of the package shows imperfections, the Customer must open the package in the presence of the carrier.
We recommend checking the goods upon delivery and verifying that the quantity of products delivered matches what was ordered, that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or otherwise altered.
Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery slip.
Any delivery issues must be reported promptly to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 calendar days from the order confirmation.

Return policy:

Right of withdrawal

In the event that the Product is damaged/defective, the Customer is required to detail in writing to sarahmerlino@libero.it within 24 hours all the damages detected.                                 

Any damage to the packaging and/or product or discrepancies in the number of packages or indications caused during transport by the shipping company must be immediately contested by adding a written inspection reservation on the Courier's delivery receipt. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered items.

Sarah will replace any defective Product free of charge.

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the order, they can return the purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, in accordance with the provisions of Article 64 of the Consumer Code.

Sarah will fully refund the cost of Products that are returned by the Customer unused and undamaged.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by the Customer and in no case by the recipient of a possible gift.

The acceptance of the return can only take place with prior authorization from Sarah herself.

Returns not accepted:
- discounted items
- personalized items or made to order at the Customer's request                                       - items in promotional activities

The Customer can independently choose the courier for the shipment. The risks related to the return and the shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

The refund will be credited to the bank account associated with the credit card used for the payment. Alternatively, if the purchase was paid by bank transfer, the refund will be credited to the customer's bank account.

Delivery Times
From the receipt of the order, the delivery time for products is 2/3 working days, while for customizable products and LIMITED EDITION items, the shipping time will be 5/7 working days after the order is received.
For international shipments, the delivery time is 2/3 working days (for any information, please contact our customer service on WhatsApp at 347 750 7840)
The deliveries are carried out and guaranteed by GLS
All orders are delivered by the GLS courier from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
The shipper requires the recipient's signature "upon receipt" at the time of delivery.
Please provide a valid address for delivery during the specified delivery hours. Please promptly notify us of any address changes. Once the shipment has been dispatched, it is not possible to change the destination address.
SarahAt the time of shipment, the Customer is notified by e-mail of the shipment number.
Any delivery delays exceeding 10 business days must be promptly reported to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 calendar days from the order confirmation.

Store pickup:
The collection of goods at our store can be made after at least 7 working days for non-customized items, while the minimum collection time for personalized items is 20 working days. It is necessary to contact the store at this number: 081 18062702 before proceeding with the collection of the goods. Obviously, shipping costs are not charged for in-store pickup.
