We hope that you are always satisfied with the orders you place from our online store, however if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 14 days from delivery to return them to us and get a refund.

It is important that the items are intact and in their original condition, with all tags in place and in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns that do not meet the requirements listed above.

It is necessary that you contact us atsales@sarahgioielli.it explaining the reason for the return and the order number.
We will send you the necessary coordinates for the return and, once the package arrives at our warehouses, we will initiate the refund.

If you have returned an item, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment service providers.

- The shipping costs for returns are charged to the customer.

- To change the size or item, the cost of the service is charged to SARAH Gioielli for 1 (one) change.
However, it is always necessary to contact us at:sales@sarahgioielli.it explaining the reason for the change and the order number.
From the moment we receive the package containing the item to be exchanged, we will take care to send the new order.

-       Then pack your purchases in a box (preferably the original one) and deliver it to the courier who will be sent to collect the package from your address. The latter, in turn, will send you the new order which includes, for example, a possible change of size or article.
