How to measure rings
To measure your ring, you can use two different but equally valid methods: measure the finger where you will wear the jewelry or measure a ring you already own.
Measure a ring you already own
Take a ruler and place your ring on its straight line, aligning it with the millimeter markings. The diameter of your jewelry will correspond to the space between one side and the other of the ring. Count the millimeters and check, in the table above, which ring size it corresponds to.
Measure your finger
In this case, use a tape measure and wrap it around your finger at the part closest to the palm. Mark the point where you close the tape and find your size in centimeters.
If you don't have a tape measure, use a simple strip of paper and wrap it around your finger. At the point where the strip overlaps, make a pencil mark. Finally, straighten the paper strip and find the exact measurement with a ruler.
