Source of data and purpose of processing.
Personal data and any sensitive data held by the Company are collected by electronic means, paper and/or directly from customers and/or their collaborators, suppliers and/or their collaborators, or other third parties. The data provided by you/you are processed by the Company solely for the purpose of fulfilling the service requested by you/you, including personnel selection and recruitment activities, as well as for activities connected and/or instrumental to carrying out the service indicated above; for the purpose of sending and/or receiving estimates relating to the exercise of the aforementioned activities, for purposes connected with the obligations established by laws, regulations and community legislation as well as by provisions issued by authorities legitimated by the law and by bodies of supervision and control.

Methods and data processing.
The processing of personal data will take place with a guarantee of security and confidentiality and may be carried out not only with manual tools but also through automated tools (both IT and telematics) designed to memorize, manage and transmit the data.
We also inform you that the personal data referring to you will be processed in compliance with the methods indicated in article 13 of Regulation (EU) n. 679/2016 (GDPR) which provides, among other things, that the data itself is processed in a lawful and correct manner, collected and recorded for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, exact and, if necessary, updated, pertinent, complete and not excessive in relation to the purposes of the processing, kept in a form that allows identification of the interested party for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed..
Copies or originals of documents containing personal data of the interested party can be delivered to the spouse or cohabiting subjects, relatives and in-laws, and/or employees, and/or collaborators of the interested party.

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are canceled immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, the data on web contacts do not currently persist for more than seven days.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

At any time you/you may/are able to exercise your/your rights towards the Data Controller, for your/your greater convenience, we reproduce in full:

Right of access to personal data and other rights
The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection, to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or sales material directly or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

Consequences of a failure or partial provision of data.
The provision of data provided by you is optional and therefore we inform you that failure to provide or even partial provision of the aforementioned data may jeopardize or make it difficult to carry out the service requested by you.

Duration of treatment
We inform you that the data provided will be processed for the duration corresponding to the completion of the service requested by you, and in any case, in compliance with the provisions of civil and fiscal regulations, the documents and papers relating to the data will remain archived in premises of the company inaccessible to outsiders for a period of 10 years after the end of the assignment.
In the event of cessation of processing, the data may be transferred to another holder in terms compatible with the purposes for which they were collected.
