Data source and purpose of processing.
Personal data and any sensitive data held by the Company are collected through electronic, paper-based tools and/or directly from customers and/or their collaborators, suppliers and/or their collaborators, or from other third parties. The data you provide are processed by the Company solely for the purpose of fulfilling the service you requested, including personnel selection and recruitment activities, as well as for activities connected and/or instrumental to the performance of the aforementioned service; for the purpose of sending and/or receiving quotes related to the exercise of the aforementioned activities, for purposes connected to obligations established by laws, regulations, and community legislation, as well as by provisions issued by authorities legally empowered by law and by supervisory and control bodies.
Mode and data processing.
The processing of personal data will be carried out with guarantees of security and confidentiality and may be performed not only with manual tools but also through automated tools (both IT and telematic) designed to store, manage, and transmit the data themselves.
We also inform you that the personal data relating to you will be processed in compliance with the methods indicated in Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No. 679/2016 (“GDPR”), which provides, among other things, that the data be processed lawfully and fairly, collected and recorded for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes, accurate and, if necessary, kept up to date, relevant, complete, and not excessive in relation to the purposes of the processing, and stored in a form that allows the identification of the data subject for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.
Copies or originals of documents containing the personal data of the data subject may be delivered to the spouse or cohabitants, to relatives and in-laws, and/or employees, and/or collaborators of the data subject.
Browsing data
The IT systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These are pieces of information that are not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but which by their very nature could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, allow the identification of users. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user's operating system and IT environment.
These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to monitor its proper functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical cybercrimes against the site: except for this possibility, at present, web contact data do not persist for more than seven days.

Treatment duration
We inform you that the data provided will be processed for the duration corresponding to the completion of the service requested by you, and in any case, in compliance with the provisions of civil and tax regulations, the documents and paperwork related to the data will be stored in company premises inaccessible to outsiders for a period of 10 years after the completion of the assignment.
In the event of termination of processing, the data may be transferred to another controller within terms compatible with the purposes for which they were collected.
