SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Information on shipping methods are indicated at the time of purchase, are charged to the customer and are charged to the credit and debit card at the time of purchase.
The Customer can follow the status of the shipment through the tracking code, communicated by the express courier.

Delivery areas
The delivery of the products is made to the address requested by the Customer (shipments are not made to PO boxes).
To guarantee the safety of the shipment, the shipper requires the recipient's signature on receipt upon delivery; if this is not possible, the goods will not be delivered. If, at the time of delivery, the external appearance of the package shows imperfections, the Customer must proceed to open the package in the presence of the carrier..
We recommend checking the goods upon delivery and verifying that the quantity of the products delivered corresponds to what was ordered, that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or otherwise altered.
Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery note.
Any problems with the delivery must be promptly reported to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 calendar days of order confirmation.
Return method:
Right of withdrawal In the event that the Product is damaged/defective, the Customer is required to provide details in writing to sarahmerlino@libero.it within 24 hours, all damages detected.
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications caused during transport by transport companies must be immediately notified, placing a written control reserve on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
Sarah will replace any defective Product free of charge.
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the order, he can return the purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, in line with the provisions of article 64 of the Consumer Code.
Sarah will refund the full cost of the Products returned by the Customer unused and undamaged.
The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by the Customer and in no case by the recipient of any gift.
Acceptance of the return can only take place with prior authorization from Sarah herself.
Returns not allowed:
- items offered at a discount
- customized items or made upon customer request - items in promotional activities
The Customer can independently choose the courier with which to make the shipment. The risks relating to the return and the shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be made to the current account corresponding to the credit card used for payment. Alternatively, if the purchase was paid by bank transfer, the credit will be made to the customer's current account.
From receipt of the order, the delivery time for the products is 2/3 working days, while for customizable products and LIMITED EDTION items, the shipping time will be from 5/7 working days after receiving the order.

The Customer is requested to provide a valid address to deliver the goods to during the delivery times. Please promptly indicate any change of address. Once the shipment has been made, it is not possible to change the destination address.

Any delivery delays of more than 10 days. working days must be promptly reported to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 calendar days of order confirmation.
